Why
Andes was created after spending years on both sides of the AV industry.
I’ve been the person asked to install and program systems I knew weren’t truly in the customer’s best interest. I’ve also walked onto jobsites after other vendors had finished, only to find systems that were over-sold, under-designed, or impossible for the organization to actually use.
In almost every case, the problem wasn’t bad intentions but rather the lack of someone with knowledge advocating for the customer.
The people approving the project often didn’t have the technical background to know when something wasn’t right or when there were better options, and by the time issues surfaced, the money was already spent.
